OUR 'OWN FARM' LAMB
We are very pleased to inform you that we look after our own family of sheep and therefore, have access to our very own Northumberland spring lamb.
Our sheep are raised and cared for on South Dissington Farm in Ponteland and each Spring season we carefully select the best lamb for our Spring and Summer menus.
Most of our staff have visited our farm and see how well our sheep and lambs are cared for; grazing on plenty of green and nutritional grass in the wonderful Northumbrian hills.
Obviously, our chefs are very excited about having the finest and freshest of ingredients; our burgers are made using lamb, our Sunday lunches feature roast lamb, we keep the best end for our wedding and event menus and our skills and passion ensures that the meat is consistently tasty and tender.
We will even make our own haggis for our New Years Eve party here at the Angel.
