	We simply do great food. The freshest of local produce and ingredients. Northumberland is famous for fish, game, beef and of course lamb. We even have our own flock of sheep! Our chefs keep the menu fresh too. Traditional British cuisine, local favourites and chef's specials.
	The Angel sits in the heart of beautiful, historic Corbridge just off the A69 and just 20 minutes from Newcastle. Our rooms are warm, traditional and cosy. You will love staying at The Angel and feel like you've had a proper break!
	Northumbria is rich with history and things to do. We're right beside Hadrians Wall, one of Britain's best known attractions. Fish in the Tyne, cycle, walk, shoot, visit beautiful coastlines and beaches. Or perhaps visit the famous Newcastle nightlife, theatres or sporting events.

An event hosted by our MD and supported by our wine supplier Corney & Barrow. £45 per person including a four course dinner with a glass of wine with each course.
